From the moment of delivery, the client is liable for all rental items. Delivery and pickup is insured by fundus7. Insurance sums are available on request.

Never say never, but we are primarily a rental business. However, if you have a specific request, we’ll be happy to make you an offer.

Samples are generally available and can be sent to you free of charge (except for possible shipping costs). We recommend samples if you have questions regarding color accuracy or general appearance.
All measurements are approximate, and can vary slightly within every delivery. The same applies to color information. If you have any doubts, please contact us in person.
We usually deliver two days before the beginning of an exhibition, no matter which day of the week. In case of larger fair volumes, delivery may occur 3 to 4 days before the start of the event. Custom delivery dates outside of the standard delivery can be arranged upon request and are subject to a fee.
Yes, furniture can also be picked up from and returned to our warehouse in Düsseldorf.
A quote does not constitute a reservation of the rental items offered. Reservations must be agreed separately and confirmed by us in writing.
Yes, rental periods may exceed the standard duration of up to two weeks. We are happy to provide a quote for the respective costs.
